Shipping & Return Policy

Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.

  • Custom or made-to-order items may take longer; processing times will be noted in the product description.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.


Shipping

  • We currently ship within Canada and select international locations.

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

  • Delivery times vary depending on your location and carrier, but most orders arrive within 5–10 business days after shipment (domestic).

  • Please note that shipping delays caused by the carrier or customs (for international orders) are outside of our control.


Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or defective.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us with photos within the timeframes listed below so we can assist you.


Product-Specific Policies

Due to the personal nature of jewelry, Candles, food all sales are final.

    • Jewelry: Final sale. Report damage within 7 days (with photos).
    • Candles: Final sale. Report damage within 3 days.

    • Food: Final sale. Report issues within 3 days.

Art Prints & Drawings (Future Products)

  • All art prints and original artwork are final sale. Please review your order carefully before purchasing.

  • If your print or artwork arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will work with you to make it right.
