Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the situation and resolve it promptly.

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Earrings & Jewelry
Due to the personal nature of jewelry, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
If your jewelry arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the issue so we can assist you.

Candles
Candles are final sale for safety and quality reasons.
If your candle arrives damaged or broken, please notify us within 3 days of receipt with photos. We will then arrange a replacement or provide store credit.

Food Items
Food products are non-returnable for safety and hygiene reasons.
If there are issues such as incorrect or damaged items, please contact us within 3 days so we can resolve the matter.

Future Art Prints & Drawings
Prints and artwork are final sale. Please review your order carefully before purchasing.
If there is a defect or damage, contact us within 7 days with photos, and we will work with you to make it right.


General Return Guidelines

  • All returns or exchanges must be unworn, unused, and in the original packaging with tags attached.
  • To initiate a return, contact us at [your email] with your order number and reason for return.
  • Shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Refunds will be processed after the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to send back your item. Items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable food, earrings & jewelry, candles, plants, custom or personalized products, personal care items, or flower.
Please reach out if you have questions about a specific item.

Note: Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.


Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return what you have and then place a new order for the desired product once your return is accepted.

Refund Process

We will notify you once your return is received and inspected. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for banking or credit card companies to process the refund.
